Join our team and start a better life for yourself.What you'll be doing day to dayYou'll be building a customer-centric culture by gathering customer feedback and providing insights to provide a simple, seamless and rewarding end-to-end journey for IKEA customers.

--- Using data from the customer feedback tool to inform and educate the retail store team on the experiences of customers at each touchpoint.
--- Providing customer insights & feedback around strengths, opportunities and following up on improvement action plans.
--- Supporting IKEA events such as customer workshops, co-worker engagement activities and community outreach.
--- Integrating customer insight and feedback into key decision-making processes.
--- Presenting learnings and insights at store meetings and forums.QUALIFICATIONS2 years of experience working with multichannel customer journeys and customer support
Previous retail experience

Hours: 40 hours week

Starting rates range from $21.83 to $31.16 and will be based on relevant work experience.

Preferred experience: Front facing customer service, Microsoft Suite skills, Collaboration & effective communication skills, passion for providing excellent customer service.
