business.JOB SUMMARYSupport the program finance function by
managing the financial planning, analytics, and cost accounting
associated with various projects.RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable

production data to communicate results to Program Managers and Vice
PresidentsRecommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and
making comparative analyses, studying proposed changes in methods
and productionDevelops, reviews, and tracks all program budget
information ensuring contract complianceResponsible for preparing
and processing adjusting journal entries when necessaryCreates
templates and spreadsheets as necessary to facilitate data
collection and accurate data presentationProduces monthly contract
reimbursement claims for submission to contracting authority for
payment of contract fundsResponsible for fiscal audit compliance
and assisting in the preparation of audit responsesResponds to
fiscal questions from program staff, Executive Management, and
contracting agency personnelDevelops and maintains effective
liaison with assigned contract monitor and Division/Program
personnelCoordinates with MHS Cash Management and funding agency
personnel to ensure proper posting of cash receipts and timely
paymentReconciles transactions by comparing and correcting
dataComply with all MHS and program rules, policies and procedures
including HIPAA standards..QUALIFICATIONSA minimum of 3 years of
financial analysis and/or accounting experienceA Bachelor's degree
in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldAdvanced MS Excel skills,
including experience with lookup functions, pivot tables, and
macrosBasic knowledge of Accounting Information Systems, preferably
MS Great PlainsAdvanced MS Windows-based operating system
skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsVery
organized, with ability to manage various subsequent projects in a
fast-paced environmentFundamental knowledge of GAAP and the main
elements and drivers of the income statement, balance sheet, and
statement of cash flowsProficient user of Microsoft Office Suite
and EHR software.Ability to problem solve and react appropriately
to emergency situations.Ability to work independently and
effectively collaborate with a team.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe
