With less than 100 employees, our smaller-scale plant specializes in refrigerated and perishable foods, requiring a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.This role is perfect for a production supervisor ready to step up to a manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, crucial for our rapidly growing business, which has consistently achieved double-digit growth since its inception, boasting annual sales between $30 and $40 million.Qualifications for this role include:BA/BS degree in Engineering or a related field, combined with at least 4 years of experience in the food manufacturing sector, particularly with refrigerated or perishable products.The position demands a comprehensive understanding of food safety, quality assurance, and production efficiency.
