Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst specializing
in Salesforce, Kantata SX, and Professional Services
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements
for Salesforce and Kantata SX
Lead user story refinement sessions and translate business
processes into system workflows
Act as a subject matter expert and partner with teams to optimize
system usage and recommend scalable solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years
in Salesforce and Kantata SX
Strong understanding of Professional Services operations, including
PPPM and resource management
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and knowledge of
Kantata SX project lifecycle functionality
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and process mapping
tools
Experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile
environment
