Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, administer, and maintain non-executive Total
Rewards programs
Project manage market studies and Total Rewards programs, ensuring
execution excellence and consistency
Analyze data to define problems and provide consultation on Total
Rewards matters
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
5 years of compensation/HR related experience required
CCP - Certified Compensation Professional preferred upon hire
