Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare leaders to implement high reliability
organizing (HRO) consulting services
Support the transformation of safety culture and operational
improvements
Apply best practices to reduce Serious Safety Event Rates (SSER) in
healthcare settings
Required Qualifications
Experience in healthcare safety consulting or related field
Knowledge of high reliability organizing (HRO) principles
Proven track record in process improvement and quality
management
Relevant certifications in safety or healthcare management
preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
