The Opportunity: Principal Consultant (San Diego)We're expanding our US presence and looking for ambitious Senior / Principal Consultants to be part of our brand-new San Diego office. Based in the city, this is your chance to build and own your market in one of the fastest-growing life sciences hubs in the world.This is a 360, client-facing role where you'll develop your own client base, nurture candidate relationships, and drive your market to success.What You'll Be Doing:
  • Build and grow your own specialist Life Sciences market.
  • Win new business, manage client partnerships and deliver exceptional recruitment solutions.
  • Resourcing, headhunting and market mapping via LinkedIn Recruiter and life sciences-specific platforms.
  • Manage the full recruitment process - sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Organize interviews, gather feedback, and offer expert, consultative guidance to both clients and candidates.
  • Keep our ATS (Bullhorn) up-to-date and accurate.
  • Build long-lasting, impactful relationships across your network.What We're Looking For:
    • Proven experience in 360 recruitment, with a solid track record of strong billings.
    • Confident business developer with the ability to win and grow client accounts.
    • A passion for the Life Sciences industry - or a real desire to immerse yourself in it.
