1. High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred, but not a requirement. 2. 5-6 years of experience with receiving, storing, and shipping goods. 3. 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse lead role. 4. Computer knowledge desired (MS Office Suite). Comfortable using a Computer. 5. Ability to execute simple mathematical functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide). 6. Demonstrated knowledge of MRP software relating to warehousing activities desired. 7. Good verbal and written communication skills; effective speaker. 8. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 9. Demonstrated knowledge and use of hand trucks and pallet mover. 10. Forklift license required (or desired, depending on the role performed), or ability to learn operation through provided training. 11. Ability to think critically and develop solutions to problems. 12. Knowledge of 5S and LEAN tools as they apply to warehouse operations. 13. Demonstrate continuous improvement attitude, safety mindset, commitment to quality work, and relentless pursuit of excellence. 14. Demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, inspire, and build teams. The Security Manager will oversee the security and integrity of our employees, and its property, assets and equipment, including those entrusted to us by customers and clients. They will lead all security training, investigations and assist with security assessments, background checks, evaluations, etc. as needed. This position reports to the Transport Director.

• Lead Security for all Express Trucking locations; Collaborate and support C-TPAT regional security efforts as needed and directed.
• Ensure that all business partners and employees follow all CTPAT criteria requirements.
• Responsible for oversight of the CTPAT program and inspections for all of their locations.
• Responsible for assessment and coordination of CCTV, Access Control and Burglar system installs, and Guard Services for all of their locations.
• Responsible for conducting facility inspections at all locations and follow up with appropriate after-action items.
• Must be Bi-Lingual (Fluent in Spanish and Fluent in English)
• Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment.
• Experience in the recruiting field a plus.
