The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual
who has a deep understanding of small business sales, the events
industry, and developing strong relationships with customers. The
sales manager will work closely with our Director and Operational
Manager to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualify, present and close inbound client leads via phone and
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Analyze inquiry to booking ratios with the goal of finding ways to
mitigate lost business.
Actively prospect and develop new business including cultivating
partnerships, network and industry events, and local venues.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, marketing
agencies, event coordinators.
Take full responsibility for confirming all initial planning,
pre-event setup and logistical details for assigned events, prior
to hand-off to our production team.
Bachelor's Degree from a 4 yr college or university or equivalent
2+ years of inside sales experience.
Sales background including prospecting, sales calls and proven
negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional problem solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and editing
Superior verbal, written and listening communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential matters with absolute
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Tech savvy: proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
Outlook); and ability to learn required business systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Draw Salary of $56,000-62,000 + Commission (est.
