  RESPONSIBILITIES:
  
  • 
    
  • Focus on understanding the needs, goals, and aspirations of qualified clients to strengthen & maximize the potential of their financial future
    
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients
    
  • Portray empathy and understanding for clients who receive large Annuity policies and how to properly utilize their payments
    
  • Educating clients on their policies and the different situations they have or may encounter to then provide solutions that will strengthen their financial position
    
  • Providing clients a resource for when they need assistance in any way relating to their policies and financial futures
    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
    
    • 
      
    • Professional training provided
      
    • 1-3 years preferred experience as an Account Executive
      
    • Excellent follow up and client communication
      
    • Professional phone, email, verbal, and written English / Spanish communication skills
      
    • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, CRM, and Phone Systems

        COMPENSATION / BENEFIT STRUCTURE:
