Job Description:
ECI is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director, West
Coast (CA, WA, AZ, OR) to join our growing team who brings the

to ECI"s success and amazing culture! In this role, the successful
Regional Sales Director will play a critical role generating
demand, developing pipeline, and closing business. This is a vital
role in facilitating ECI to achieve growth targets by collaborating
with a dynamic, cross-functional team. A high achieving, ambitious
individual will excel in this position, which offers exciting
challenges and allows the opportunity for an excellent earning
potential.
This is a remote opportunity with a strong preference to be based
in the West coast (Pacific or Mountain time zones).
What you will be doing:
- A strong focus on new customer acquisition through actively
prospecting new opportunities within the financial services
industry in your assigned territory
- Achieve annual quotas
- Partner with the SDRs and Marketing team to acquire and grow
new accounts and opportunities through proactive client
outreach
- Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to develop and
close new business within assigned strategic accounts through
targeted outreach, growing strategic client relationships, and
building consensus across organizational stakeholders
- Develop relationships with key decision makers and influencers
at all levels within organizations
- Collaborate cross functionally and build strong relationships
with internal groups to gain support in meeting customers'
needs
- Actively engage in activities to drive qualified pipeline
creation and coverage ratio
- Develop proposals and position ECI solution sets to all
stakeholders of the business
- Qualify opportunities utilizing BANT sales methodology
- Works as a team player and keeps open lines of communication
with the service delivery team to ensure customer satisfaction
through implementation hand-off.
- Accurately create and maintain sales pipeline forecasting,
prospecting reports, and customer data in Salesforce.com.
Is this role for you?
- BA/BS degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years outside sales experience; previous
experience with an MSP preferred
- A proven sales track record and measured success consistently
meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience with the alternative investment/financial services
space preferred
- Can effectively present, negotiate and close contracts with
customers
- Solid lead networking/prospecting capability
- Able to effectively and concisely communicate ECI's products to
prospects, clients, and business partners
- Ability to remove friction within sales cycle
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
- High achieving, ambitious and results focused
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable
speaking with C-level contacts
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on
rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills
- Strong attention to detail and highly accountable
- Ability to work in an independent environment with moderate
supervision
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically for business and work
beyond normal business hours when necessary
- Ability to be flexible and successfully respond to multiple
work pressures
