We are looking for a Senior Marketing Director to support Optum
Financial business objectives, develop effective messaging and
positioning, create market awareness, and drive new interest. In
this position you will be responsible for communicating the
features and benefits of our products and solutions through
compelling storytelling and innovative marketing outreach.
Focusing on our health care provider market, you'll be responsible
to partner with product, sales, and operations to develop
measurable marketing programs that articulate the value of
products, generate, and nurture leads via omni-channel strategies.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be
responsible for creating and maintaining a set of marketing bill of
materials and content assets that articulates the value proposition
of the solutions. In addition, you will support sales efforts,
assist in creating product launch strategies, develop sales
enablement content, create event marketing experiences, and drive
customer engagement.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within
the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range
for Colorado residents is $113,500 to $218,100. The salary range
for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $113,500 to $218,100. Pay is
based on several factors including but not limited to education,
work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary,
