We are looking for a driven and passionate Inside Sales Rep to join the Expand sales department at Wrike! You will establish relationships and engage with clients to find new opportunities to expand the Wrike product. More about your team:
You will be on a sales team made up 6-7 Senior Account Managers and the Inside Sales Rep, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Expand Sales. The ISR is responsible for driving business on a defined set of Enterprise Accounts that have a current Wrike subscription. The ISR works closely with Account Managers and together work towards a specific booking target. ISR's are responsible for all sets of sales activity both inbound and especially outbound and for understanding customer pain points/challenges to provide/sell the best solution possible.
How You'll make an impact:


  • By managing new business within the Strategic Account Territory
  • By managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • By managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities
  • By understanding an account's needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
  • By utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • By using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase for lead management and sales forecasting
  • By ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers

    You will achieve your best if you have:

    • 1-2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred

      You will stand out with:

      • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
      • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
      • Experience with solution selling
      • Outbound sales calling experience
      • Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads
      • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom

        The Interview process:

        • Phone screen with a Recruiter
        • Interview with Hiring Manager
        • Interview with another Manager
        • Panel Interview - Discovery and Demonstration



          CA Salary: $50,000 USD Base (50/50 salary+ bonus split)
          The range above reflects the pay scale that Wrike reasonably expects to pay for the role. The pay scale will also depend on various factors, such as job duties and requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Pay scales are reviewed each year.
