Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast-expanding team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. Responsibilities:

Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Included but not limited to:
--- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
--- Assist the lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after he/she has completed a needs analysis
--- Conduct open houses
--- Doorknock target areas for new business
--- Attend networking events
--- Attend client events
--- Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to develop sales

Regular work activities:
--- Driving buyer clients to homes
--- Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
--- Finding homes that meet buyer clients' criteria
--- Maintain contact with all buyers

Qualifications:

Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
Technology driven
Organized and manages time effectively
Past sales experience is preferred
--- Active Real Estate License
--- At least 6 months of Real Estate experience is preferred
--- People person willing to help clients
--- Friendly personality
--- Naturally a self-starter
