Job Description:

Fighters Market (www.fightersmarket.com) is a growing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms and Apparel business. Our goal is to provide our customers with a wide variety of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu supplies at competitive prices and with superior customer service. We are looking for a results-driven retail Sales Associate/Customer Support Specialist -to be responsible for online AND in-store sales activities. The ideal employee will be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain high customer satisfaction, and exceed company expectations. Knowledge of the jiu-jitsu industry is a plus.

Schedule: 40 hr weeks, Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:15pm Hourly Wage: $20.00 -per hour Benefits offered for this job:

  Sales Responsibilities
  • 
    
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
    
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features

    Customer Service Responsibilities
    • 
      
    • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
      
    • Identify and assess customers' needs, in order to achieve satisfaction
      
    • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner, and follow-up to ensure resolution
      
    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
      
    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
      
    • Go the extra mile to engage with customers
      Requirements
      • 
        
      • Proven working experience as a sales associate and/or relevant customer support experience
        
      • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
        
      • Proficiency in English (proficiency in Portuguese is a plus but not required)
        
      • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
        
      • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
        
      • Customer orientated, and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
        
      • Excellent communication and presentation skills
        
      • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
        
      • High School Diploma or Equivalent
        
      • 36 months of Sales & Customer Service experience
