Simply put, we take care of our advisors, so they can take care of their clients.Job Overview:You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Informed by an understanding of market trends, competitive intelligence, and growth strategies, you'll define, implement and scale the programs, processes and strategy to drive the success of our GTM effort.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and tactical action plans
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor activity to continuously improve sales strategies and tactics
  • Customize engagement strategies for a prioritized set of opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales and marketing programs that support the sales effort
  • Develop exceptional executive-level presentations to drive engagements
  • Design and test new approaches to attract new business to the firm
  • Provide sales teams with data-driven insights and recommendations to enable pipeline feeding, enhance prospect engagement, and accelerate deal pull-through
  • Interprets and harnesses data insights to provide feedback to team, and align priorities on focus areas
  • Continuously optimize and streamline sales pipeline related processes and activities, including but not limited to reporting, forecasting, and KPI setting / tracking
  • Work with cross functional teams to optimize the sales flow and enable deal delivery
  • Drive new initiatives that will increase sales growthWhat are we looking for?We want strong collaborators who can deliver a world-class client experience.     • 5+ years sales strategy/enablement/operations experience, with demonstrated success in sales planning, performance management and insights-driven strategy
    • Robust understanding of the wealth management/financial services space
    • Excellent communication (verbal & written), problem solving, and analytical skills
      • Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders to develop unified sales strategies
      • Quantitative and qualitative problem-solving experience, including turning quantitative analysis into actionable recommendations and business strategies.
      • Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports, deriving insights from data, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
      • Skilled communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas to senior leaders in a simplistic manner
      • Superior presentation (PPT) development skills
      • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same timePreferences:
        • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree preferredPay Range: $140,200-$210,300/yearActual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
