Responsibilities:
--- Team Lead Management
--- Daily time blocking and effective time management
--- Daily gratitude and affirmations
--- Daily handwritten personal notes
--- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly accountability
--- Willing and able to prospect daily building your sphere of influence
--- A diligent and consistent lead follow-up to grow your sales pipeline
--- Commitment to excellence in all aspects of marketing, branding, and procedure

Qualifications:
--- Must have a minimum of 3 years of real estate sales experience with 10+ closed real estate escrows (we are not hiring new real estate agent licensees)
--- Must have experience working with online leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, or sierra/boomtown/REW/YLOPO
--- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently and efficiently
--- Experience using Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Have a customer-advocate mindset and a commitment to delivering the best client experience possible
--- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
--- Enthusiasm for daily discipline, accountability, role-playing, scripting, and time blocking
--- Ability to communicate effectively - orally and in writing
--- Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Fast thinker and problem-solver
