Job Description We are seeking a Sales Contracts Specialist to
support the sales team in our high-volume contract and RFP
department. As the Sales Contracts Specialist, you will review,
draft, and negotiate standard and non-standard sales contracts for
Public Health and DOD. The Sales Contracts Specialist prepares or
participates in the preparation a high volume of administrative
documents, including quotes, sales proposals, agreements, Requests
for Proposals RFPs, and cross-divisional customer contracts and
related documents. The Sales Contracts Specialist partners with the
company's Legal and other internal departments to support the
negotiations of customer contract terms and conditions, and ensure
sales contracts are consistent with the company's terms,
conditions, policies, and procedures. In addition, the Sales
Contracts Specialist will coordinate review and input from
appropriate business functions and cross-functional teams as needed
to complete contracting documents, as well as coordinating with the
other members of the Contracts team to ensure effective workflow,
consistent process execution,n and unified approaches throughout
the Contracts department. Qualifications:High School diploma or
GED/equivalentExperience in Contracts and RFPsWorking knowledge of
Salesforce, CLM, ERP, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent
time-management and prioritization abilitiesOutstanding critical
thinking skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and
communication skills We are offering $34.00-$45.00 per hour,
depending on experience, working 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
