Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategy to achieve regional sales goals
while managing team performance and pipeline health
Maintain understanding of state standards and legislative
developments to drive sales strategy and customer engagement
Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while
collaborating with internal teams for alignment in messaging and
customer experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in leading quota-bearing
teams
Experience with K-12 field sales, preferably in core curricula
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
Demonstrated capability to build and manage high-performing
teams
Bachelor's Degree
