Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inside Sales Associate to join their
centralized sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients and guide
them through the booking process
Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer needs and
provide tailored accommodation recommendations
Track and update leads in the CRM, ensuring timely and proactive
follow-ups
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a sales or account management role,
preferably in real estate, hospitality, or call-based sales
Fluent, native-level English communication skills; additional
languages are a strong plus
Experience with sales tools and CRMs; familiarity with Salesforce
is a bonus
A coachable mindset with a drive for professional growth
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage
conversations and leads
