Responsibilities of the Entry Level Managers: Gain hands-on experience in various departments, including operations, sales, and customer service Engage with consumers, in in-person, effectively communicating the benefits and services of our client's brands Manage your portfolio of clients from initial contact to finalizing the sale, maintaining oversight throughout the entire sales process Collaborate with team leads to understand day-to-day operations and company goals Analyze performance data and suggest improvements to increase the efficiency of current marketing strategies and tactics Gradually take on more responsibility as skills and knowledge grow
