live within a 60 mile radius of office location 11511 Luna Rd,
Suite 200, Farmers Branch, TX 75234. This position offers a
home-centric hybrid work opportunity, with 3 days in the office and
2 days remote each week • Join Mr. Cooper Group – the largest

trillion-dollar mortgage servicing portfolio and over 4 million
customers. Our Loan Officers are consistently receiving the most,
and highest quality inbound leads in the industry. As a Mortgage
Loan Officer you will be responsible for providing exceptional
customer service and assisting clients in navigating the mortgage
loan process. Responsibilities • Provide sales support, strong
communication, and world class service to customers, processors and
management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while
maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as
set by management. • Complete mortgage applications using Company
loan product system, including initial required documentation and
stipulations. Must ensure compliance with company policy and
government regulations. • Maintain production reports for leads and
sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity
reports. • Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated
through various Marketing Department efforts. Experience • Minimum
of 2 years experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, preferably in a
call center or similar fast-paced environment. • In-depth knowledge
of mortgage loan products, industry regulations, and underwriting
guidelines. • Must have knowledge of Government and Conventional
loan products. • NMLS License: Must have minimum 1 state active
license or currently hold Federal Registration • Exceptional
customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and
customer service goals. • Proficient computer skills, including
experience with mortgage loan origination software. • High School,
GED or Equivalent Experience
