Job Description Job Description Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Vision insurance Company pays 100% medical and dental and vision. -In this role you will sell a diverse range of Telecom, Datacom, Data Center and CCTV/Access Control products serving Network and Security Solutions (NSS) market. -Serve a variety of markets by suggesting and delivering the right infrastructure solutions to meet customer needs. -Actively participate and develop new accounts, generate sales quotes, and handle customer inquiries to help service customers and grow business. -Provide superior customer service by delivering products and services to meet or exceed customer expectations. -Build strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention. -Work effectively with others in a team based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Self-motivation and drive In this role you will: Develop and grow customer accounts Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records What you bring to the table: Ability to negotiate and be persuasive Work independently and within a team Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills 2 years relevant experience required Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000 plus Commission Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Profit sharing Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: One location
