Position Overview As a Porsche Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism, expertise, and integrity. This role requires a proven sales background , excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury automobiles. You will act as a Porsche brand ambassador, delivering a premium client experience while achieving individual and team sales goals. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate Porsche vehicles, highlighting features, performance, and value. Guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-in evaluation, and financing options. Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure smooth and compliant transactions. Build lasting client relationships through follow-up communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date on Porsche product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends. Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience required (automotive sales strongly preferred; luxury sales a plus). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously. Proficiency in basic computer skills (CRM, email, Microsoft Office). A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
