Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and software solutions, is seeking a proactive and motivated Account Executive to drive our fintech solutions sales in the Los Angeles and San Diego regions. This role focuses on expanding our customer base, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets by delivering our innovative financial services technologies. Identify and target potential clients in the fintech sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Negotiate and close deals that achieve both customer satisfaction and company revenue targets. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the fintech solutions to prospective clients. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for new market penetration and sales execution. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare regular forecasts to update the management team on progress towards targets. Strong understanding of fintech market trends and technologies. Proven sales skills, including negotiation and communication. Ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple accounts simultaneously. Competence in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
