Job Description:
Clarvida, a pioneer in the health and wellness sector, is
seeking a dedicated Assistant Program Director to join our
innovative team. This role focuses on supporting the Program
Director in all facets of program management and coordination
within our diverse array of health and wellness projects. Our ideal
candidate will have a robust background in program coordination,
with a proven ability to manage diverse teams, and drive project
milestones in the fast-evolving healthcare landscape. You will play
a crucial part in the deployment of wellness programs that not only
meet but exceed our client expectations, leveraging technology and
expertise to enhance service delivery. Support the Program Director
in the strategic planning and execution of health and wellness
programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure program
deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Assist in the
development and implementation of program evaluation frameworks to
monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of program services.
Contribute to program design and proposal development to secure
funding and stakeholder approval. Facilitate effective
communication between all program stakeholders to ensure alignment
and address any issues promptly. Prepare regular reports on the
progress, budgets, and outcomes of health and wellness programs for
senior management. Strong project management and coordination
skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to
work effectively in a team and independently Proficient in using
healthcare technology and databases Strong analytical and
