Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic objectives for the technical talent
team, focusing on attracting and hiring technical talent
Lead and coach a team of Technical Talent Partners to foster a
high-performance culture
Collaborate with engineering operations and HR partners to ensure
effective hiring plans and processes
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on
technical recruitment
3+ years in a leadership role within the SaaS or cybersecurity
industry
Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
Strong business acumen with expertise in technical hiring
Demonstrated experience in improving technical recruitment
operations
