**Compensation and Benefits**

• $565,000 base salary
  
• $60.00 per wRVU production
  
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
  
• $15,000 relocation assistance

  • Only 3 Urologists covering the entire area, with a high volume of patients and surgical cases
    
  • Caring and dedicated administration team
    
  • 9 modern OR suites
    
  • Davinci robot technology
    
  • 4-day work week with great work-life balance
    
  • Call schedule: 7 days per month
    
  • Support from FNP practice
    
    
    **Qualifications and Skills**
    
    • 
      
    • Board certification required within 5 years of training
      
    • General practice experience, with fellowships welcomed
      
    • Focus on quality and patient care
