Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Nurse (RN)
- Facility Site Review.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and manages healthcare strategies to improve member health
outcomes in line with DHCS standards
Collaborates with teams to evaluate and report on provider
performance trends
Participates in audits and initiatives to analyze and enhance
member health outcomes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
Current certification as a Certified Site Reviewer defined by
DHCS
Certified Master Trainer certification issued by DHCS within one
year of hire
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of RN experience,
including three years in acute or primary care and two years in
Quality Improvement
In-depth knowledge of clinical protocols, healthcare quality
improvement principles, and regulatory requirements
