A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Manufacturing Quality Specialist in Otay Mesa, CA. The Manufacturing Quality Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. The pay for this position is $38.00 per hour ??? Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment ??? A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates Manufacturing Quality Specialist Highlights ??? This position is 100% onsite, Monday???Friday in Otay Mesa, CA ??? This is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based on attendance, performance, and business needs Manufacturing Quality Specialist Responsibilities ??? Provide quality assurance support for picking, relabeling, and repacking of finished goods ??? Review and sign off on batch and line clearance records; manage scanning and storage of QA documentation ??? Oversee material master data discrepancies and coordinate the incoming material batch process ??? Initiate quality notifications and nonconformance reports; support root cause investigations and corrective actions ??? Execute equipment IQ/OQ validations under guidance ??? Maintain training compliance and assist with training junior QA staff or cross-functional partners ??? Gather and analyze quality data for reporting and management review ??? Maintain safety in the work area and participate in EHS programs Manufacturing Quality Specialist Requirements ??? Bachelor???s Degree in science, engineering, or a related discipline ??? Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience ??? Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory standards ??? Proficient in managing nonconforming materials in physical and SAP systems ??? Strong attention to detail, time management, organization, and analytical skills ???
